RETURNS Returns on merchandise are accepted up to 14 Days after purchase. Returns are accepted for unopened and resalable merchandise only. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied on all returns. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Protecting against shipping damage is also the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure that your item is well packed and that you have purchased shipping insurance for your returned item. Please contact us prior to returning your item at returns@hockeyenergy.com to obtain detailed return instructions. DAMAGED ITEMS Items damaged in transit will be replaced after a properly submitted courier claim. When a courier damages your item in shipment we must submit a claim to the courier (UPS or USPS). The courier has the right to inspect the damaged item as well as the packaging of the damaged item. So please keep all packaging when your item is damaged in transit. Please contact us at returns@hockeyenergy.com so that we may begin the courier claim process so that we may send out your replacement item. CHARGEBACK POLICY Unfortunately, some customers choose to use the Paypal dispute process in a fraudulent manner. Some customers will dispute legitimate transactions instead of following our return policies. If those cases, we will provide proof of delivery to the Paypal and we will ultimately win the dispute. Once a dispute is submitted, we can no longer help you in regards to any matters as it relates to our return policies. Disputes that are lost and that are determined to be legitimate transactions are turned over to a collection agency as an unpaid debt. In the event the balance can not be collected, the collection agency could submit the amount due to all three major credit bureaus, file a small claims law suit, contact the customer at his or her place of business, or send notice to the customer's local police department. We reserve the right to collect any unpaid balances from the fraudulent use of Paypal's dispute process. |
